On Sky's recent show, The Face, three supermodels led different teams that searched for the face of the future. We wanted to make the hashtags of the teams top of mind for our target audience to maximise their online involvement. To do this, we asked fans to tweet support for their favourite team at #TeamNaomi, #TeamErin or #TeamCaroline, and rewarded the top tweeter by making them the star of a billboard for the show.
To gain extra participants, we also took London Fashion Week by storm. People were given the chance to have a mini-makeover and be photographed by a pro.Their glamorous pics were given branded frames alongside their Twitter handle and tweeted for them to retweet, helping 95% of those photographed join in the competition.
The winning fan tweeted over 500 times, and the campaign reached thousands.
